1. Introduction and Acceptance

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 7u7a offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer for your account. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their account settings. Where 2FA is enabled, access to your account requires both your password and a one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number.

3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access 7u7a is free from malware, spyware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. 7u7a accepts no responsibility for losses arising from security vulnerabilities on your personal device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. 7u7a processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 7u7a does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to 7u7a are reviewed and processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of pending bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawals are made exclusively to payment methods registered in your name and previously used to deposit on the Platform. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 Transaction Limits. 7u7a may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits to accounts. These limits are displayed in your account settings. 5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on 7u7a are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of your wager — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — before confirming. 7u7a will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error demonstrably affected the bet outcome, as determined at 7u7a's sole discretion.

5.2 Insufficient Funds. A bet will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stated stake. It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate funds are available before attempting to place a wager. 7u7a does not offer credit facilities of any kind.

5.3 Void Bets. 7u7a reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: events cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum play required for settlement; obvious pricing errors resulting from a technical or human error; market suspension due to suspicious betting patterns; or events where the result is in dispute and cannot be independently verified.

5.4 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. 7u7a accepts in-play bets in the order they are received and confirmed. A bet that is submitted at displayed odds but confirmed after the odds have changed may be accepted at the revised odds or returned as void depending on the applicable market rules.
